- How will I know if I need a new roof?

- Do you charge a fee for estimates or inspections?
Written estimates are FREE of charge with NO OBLIGATION. There is a fee for inspections that requires our company to assess and certify the condition of the roof, life expectancy, necessary repairs, etc. (typically for real estate or legal matters).
- How much does it cost for a new roof or gutters?
The cost of services varies depending on many factors: roof pitch, square footage, the type of materials to be installed or type of material being removed. Because these factors affect the price, we encourage you to contact us for a free, no- obligation estimate.
- Do you provide references?
We will provide a list of references for previous customers who will tell you about their experience with our company. This can include customer service, work performed, clean up, etc.
- Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, we will help you to negotiate with you insurance company. So, at all times you will know exactly how your insurance claim is being handled.
- Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our workmanship warranty, if at any time there is a problem with your roof we installed, our company will be out to check over the situation on all replacement and new construction projects. The workmanship on repair projects will vary based on the services provided. You will also receive a manufacturer’s warranty that will vary based on the material installed.

They were the only contractor who would give me a quote before the insurance appraiser had inspected the roof. Other contractors want to negotiate with the appraiser. They patched our roof with shingles rather than a tarp before the reroof. They bring a large crew to get the job done quickly. The new gutters match our house paint perfectly!
They had a dedicated ground clean up person. They run magnets after they are done to remove most of the nails. My husband thought our yard was cleaner after having our own roof done then when the neighbors had their roof done. The owner, Dan, gives you his cell phone number.
